Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about creating, managing, and tracking QR codes.

What is the difference between Static and Dynamic QR codes?

Static QR codes contain fixed information directly in the pattern. They cannot be changed once created and do not offer tracking. Dynamic QR codes link to a short URL that redirects to your content. This allows you to update the destination URL anytime without reprinting the code and provides tracking statistics.

Can I change the destination of my QR code after printing?

Yes, if you use a Dynamic QR code (available on all plans). You can log in to your dashboard and update the target URL instantly. Static QR codes cannot be changed.

Do your QR codes expire?

Static QR codes never expire as they don't depend on our servers. Dynamic QR codes on free plans may have scan limits, but paid plans offer unlimited scans and lifetime validity as long as your subscription is active.

Can I customize the design of my QR code?

Absolutely! You can change colors, add your logo, choose different pattern styles, and customize the eye frames to match your brand identity.

What kind of analytics do you provide?

Our analytics dashboard shows you total scans, unique visitors, scan locations (city/country), device type (iOS/Android), and time of scan. This helps you measure the effectiveness of your campaigns.

Is there a limit to how many QR codes I can create?

Our Free plan has a limit on the number of active dynamic QR codes. Our paid plans (Small Business and Enterprise) offer higher limits or unlimited creation depending on the tier. Check our Pricing page for details.

Can I use the QR codes for commercial purposes?

Yes, you have full commercial rights to the QR codes you create on our platform.
